ok, since Fate series suffered a lot of reboots and sequels i will divide each.....
#1 - Fate/stay night [2006] : it follows the FATE route with a mixture of UBW and HF, well all i can say is that it was horrible i rank it 4/10 if you want to follow FATE deen then follow FATE only don't shortcut it and add some horrible plot from each route and plus the character Shirou wasn't developed well his developments sucks they ruined Shirou's personality and the episodes weren't good so as the art and plot, porbably one of the worst anime i've ever seen. #2 - Fate/stay night [2010 UBW movie] : none of the routes should be movie it doesn't make sense and they missed a lot of action and developments it's as bad as the FATE anime, i give it 5/10 #3 - Fate/stay night [2014 Ufotable UBW] : now i would give 10/10 for the awesomeness of this plot and the style plus the developments specially Shirou who was changed into better not as much as the VN but as good as they could do, this series is filled with awesome battles + heroine who made this series enjoyable and Archer/Shirou story was the main reason UBW is cool i loved the episodes and the characters were done well and of course most of all ShirouxRin pairing makes this series simply the best.

10.00 (excellent) | an amazing story that follows the tragic characters from stay night past, Zero is known to be the best of the fate franchises and seriously i can't deny all those awesome battles + characters + servants, the plot was more engaging than stay night and the battles were cooler and more awesome, but it was hard to find a favorite character i prefer stay night characters more, but from the plot it beats "stay night" so easily, Zero was Saber's best role and i liked her here more than in stay night she was turned into boring character and all of her awesomeness here vanished and the fact that she falls in love with Shirou in the FATE route was awkward since she served his father and had some events with him, well my favorite character would be Kiritsugu i don't have to say why but he's the reason that i rate Zero 10, Kiritsugu made this story more unique and mystic + amazing with his awesomeness, i love his fighting style all those gun stuff makes him so GAR, i'm totally in love with his role as the tragic hero he did suffer a lot specially through his past, the most thing i loved is the episodes that shows his past specially his interaction with his childhood love Shirley, i loved this pair a lot despite the fact that their time was short but it left a lot of impacts on me i felt they make a good pair and it was so sad how he lost her, and Natalia who shared a great bond with him her death was touching and Kiritsugu indeed lost a lot of people he care about, the ending of this series was the saddest it's the end for zero and the beginning for stay night, most of the characters have already lost a lot of things, but the best part which was sad at the same time is the scene where Shirou and Kiritsugu talks moments before his death, after Shirou promise Kiritsugu to became hero in his behalf Kiritsugu's reaction made my day, the way he answered Shirley in his mind in a peaceful way was the best thing in the whole Zero novel, it's so sad that he didn't get time to enjoy with his first love even when i like Irisviel with Kiritsugu i just can't help but to love the tragic pair of Shirley/Kiritsugu, overall the anime is the best of all | ||

9.75 (excellent) | Protoype, is the scrapped original story for FSN, well what can i sa EPIC! Nasu actually write an amazing masterpiece, first of Misaya is amazing character she's Rin's counterpart and the servant of Lancer which i've always wanted, and Saber male is better than the main Saber i think the male character performs more character's developments specially with his past and future story although the story is kinda boring without Shirou but even so the characters are good the story is good, i really need an adaptation. | ||

9.50 (excellent) | another great anime that i admire, this is one of the best anime i've ever seen, from the unique characters to the awesome plot to the actions that require during the story, Okabe made this anime 10/10 he's such an amazing character with a funny personality yet serious when it counts the most, Kurisu is an amazing character and smart/beautiful leading lady with a lot of traits that i admire, the pair of Okabe and Kurisu makes the story more enjoyable and also with the help of the other characters the series gets more fun, i loved the time-travel story. | ||
